Fear Not 220

In the warm embrace of our Catholic faith, this verse echoes through the ages, reminding us of God's sovereignty over every moment. The Early Church Fathers, like the great St. Augustine, reflected deeply on this Psalm. In his Expositions on the Psalms, St. Augustine teaches us that 'the day the Lord has made' is not merely the span of sunrise to sunset, but a symbol of the eternal light of Christ Himself—the true Day who illuminates our lives and dispels the shadows of doubt and despair.
