Fear Not 220

He was destined to testify before emperors, to spread the Gospel far and wide. The storm wasn't a detour; it was part of the divine itinerary. In our Catholic faith, we draw strength from this truth. The sacraments fortify us: Eucharist as our spiritual sustenance, Confession as our anchor in repentance, and the intercession of saints like Paul himself, who turned from persecutor to pillar of the Church. When fear knocks, let faith answer. Remember, the same God who calmed the seas for the disciples is with you now. Perhaps you're in a storm today—a relationship fracturing, a job lost, or doubts clouding your spirit. Take heart! God sees you. He has a purpose that no gale can thwart. Surrender to His will, as Paul did, encouraging his shipmates with unwavering trust. Your testimony in the tempest could be the light that guides others to safety.
