🌟 *Fear Not* Bible Series: From Mourning to Joy! 🌟 In the heart of Psalm 30, David cries out in thanksgiving to our merciful God. From the Douay-Rheims Bible: "Thou hast turned for me my mourning into joy: thou hast cut my sackcloth, and hast compassed me with gladness: To the end that my glory may sing to thee, and I may not be moved. O Lord my God, I will give glory to thee for ever." (Psalm 30:11-12, DRB) What a profound transformation! God doesn't merely patch our wounds—He shatters the symbols of grief (sackcloth) and surrounds us with His unshakeable gladness. Our souls are freed to praise Him eternally. The Early Church Fathers echo this divine power. St. Augustine, in his *Enarrationes in Psalmos*, teaches: "The Lord turns our mourning into joy, not by removing trials, but by filling our hearts with the hope of resurrection, so that even in suffering, we dance in the light of His mercy." He reminds us that Christ's Passion turned the ultimate mourning of the Cross into the joy of Easter victory. Beloved friends, are you wearing sackcloth today? Mourning a loss, battling fear, or weighed by trials? *Fear not*! He Who turned David's lament into song, and humanity's despair into salvation, promises the same for you. Trust Him fully—He is faithful. Surrender your sorrows at His feet, and watch as He exchanges them for joy unspeakable. In this 'Fear Not' series, we're reminded: God is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). Let your story become a testimony. Praise Him now, even in the waiting, for He is turning your mourning into dancing before your eyes. "Be not afraid"—step into His gladness today! 🙌 #FearNot #Psalm30 #BibleEncouragement #TrustGod #CatholicTwitter (Share your testimony below—how has He turned your mourning to joy?) #FearNot220 #Catholic
